This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by the online store guarddogspro.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Company") and defines the terms for concluding a sales contract for trained dogs, as well as associated services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods" and "Services"). 1.2. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods (a trained dog) and/or Services to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods and/or Services under the terms set forth in this Offer and in the specific Order. 2.2. The Seller guarantees that all dogs have undergone professional training, are socialized, and have a stable temperament. 3. Acceptance of the Offer and Conclusion of Contract 3.1. The Buyer's performance of any of the following actions shall constitute full and unconditional Acceptance of the terms of this Offer, which is equivalent to concluding a Sales Contract:

Payment for the Goods and/or Services in accordance with Section 5 of the Offer.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties 4.1. The Seller undertakes to:

Provide the Buyer with complete information about the dog's health, temperament, and skills.
Provide advisory support on the care, feeding, and integration of the dog into the family or unit for 24 months from the date of transfer of the Goods.
Transfer the Goods in accordance with Section 6 of the Offer.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
Accept the Goods and pay for them in full within the established timeframe.
Provide accurate data when placing an Order.
Ensure proper care, maintenance, and veterinary care for the dog in accordance with its breed and physiological needs.
Use the Goods (dog) exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of the United States and the state of residence. By this, the Buyer acknowledges the potential danger a trained protection dog may pose and agrees to take all necessary precautions.
Bear full responsibility for the dog's actions, provided they are not a direct result of the Seller's actions as stipulated by this Contract.
5. Price of Goods and Payment Procedure 5.1. The price of the Goods and Services is indicated on the Website in US Dollars (USD) and includes all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. 5.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change prices for Goods and Services until the Buyer accepts the Offer. The price for a specific Goods is fixed at the time of placing the Order. 5.3. Payment is made by the Buyer by bank transfer using the available payment systems (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), the list of which is posted on the Website. 5.4. The Buyer's payment obligations are deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are fully credited to the Seller's bank account. 6. Procedure for Transfer of Goods 6.1. 6.3. Title to the Goods and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon signing the Transfer and Acceptance Certificate (or upon delivery to the carrier if delivery is arranged by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed).
7. Return of Goods and Warranty Obligations 7.1. Return of Goods of proper quality (a trained dog) is possible within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of transfer, provided that the dog has not been injured, has not acquired harmful habits due to the Buyer's fault, and all documents are retained. In this case, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid minus the actual costs incurred by the Seller (for transportation, veterinary care, retraining). 7.2. The Seller provides a warranty on the dog's health for 12 (twelve) months from the date of transfer. The warranty does not cover illnesses and injuries caused by the Buyer's fault (improper nutrition, abuse, injuries sustained outside a controlled environment). 7.3. The Seller guarantees that the dog's training level matches the stated skills at the time of transfer. If significant deviations are found (provided they were not caused by the Buyer's fault), the Seller undertakes to carry out additional behavior correction at its own expense. 8. Liability of the Parties and Dispute Resolution 8.1. The Seller is liable for the quality of the Goods within the limits established by this Offer and U.S. law. 8.2. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the dog's actions after its transfer and for any damage caused by the dog to third parties or their property. 8.3. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be subject to resolution in court at the Seller's location (USA), in accordance with applicable law. 9. Processing of Personal Data 9.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer gives their consent to the processing of their personal data (name, address, phone, email, and other data necessary for the performance of the Contract) in accordance with the Seller's Privacy Policy posted on the Website. 9.2. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the Contract, informing about the status of the Order, and for marketing communications (with the Buyer's ability to unsubscribe at any time). 10. Final Provisions 10.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website and is valid until it is withdrawn by the Seller. 10.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the Offer.
