Purchasing an elite protection dog is not a
transaction. It is a partnership that begins with
the first conversation and lasts the entire service
life of the dog. Here is how it works.

Stage 1: Initial Consultation

What Happens:
You leave a request on the website or contact us directly. A personal K9 Pride Pro consultant will
reach out to you within 24 hours.

We discuss:
· Your mission: who and what needs to be
protected.
· Your property: home, estate, ranch.
· Family composition, presence of children, staff,
and other animals.
· Your lifestyle and daily routine.
What You Receive:
· An understanding of whether a K9 Pride Pro
dog is right for you.
· A preliminary estimate of timelines and budget.
· Answers to all your questions.

Duration: 30–45 minutes.
Cost: Free

Stage 2: Questionnaire and Needs Audit

What Happens:
If after the consultation we mutually understand
that cooperation is possible, you fill out a
detailed questionnaire. This document will
become the foundation of your Statement of
Work.

We request:
· Territory plan, type of fencing, landscape
features.
· Current security system (cameras, alarms,
security personnel).
· Daily routine: when the house is empty, when it is full, when guests and staff arrive.
· Scenarios that concern you (intrusion, attack,
child protection).

What You Receive:
· A draft Statement of Work (Exhibit A) — a
document specifying exactly which scenarios
your dog will be trained for.

Duration: 2–5 days (questionnaire completion) +
3–5 days (draft SOW preparation).

Stage 3: Dog Selection

What Happens:
Based on the Statement of Work, we select a
dog from those currently in training, or we select a specific puppy from proven working bloodlines.

Selection Criteria:
· Breed suitable for your climate, property, and
family composition.
· Sex, age, temperament.
· Genetics: working bloodlines, parental health,
absence of hereditary diseases.
What You Receive:
· Video and photo of the selected dog.
· Full profile: age, breed, pedigree, current
training level.
· Veterinary examination report.
· Confirmation that the dog matches your
Statement of Work.

Duration: 1–4 weeks (depending on availability of dogs in training).
Cost: Included in the price of the dog.

Stage 4: Demonstration (Remote or In-Person)

What Happens:

You see the dog in action.
Format A — Video Demonstration:
We connect with you via video call, where in real
time the dog works according to your scenarios.
You see how it patrols the perimeter, reacts to a
stranger, releases on command, and interacts
with children.

Format B — In-Person Demonstration
(Recommended):

Our trainer travels to you with the dog. You see its work on your territory, under your conditions.
This is the best way to make a decision.

What You Receive:
· Complete confidence in your choice.
· The opportunity to ask the trainer questions in
person.
· An understanding of how the dog will work
specifically in your home.
Duration: 1–2 hours (demonstration) + 1–2
weeks (travel organization).
Cost: Video demonstration — free. In-person
demonstration — client covers logistics (trainer's
flight and accommodation).

Stage 5: Contract Signing and PaymentWhat Happens:
After a successful demonstration and your
decision, we sign the Sales and Purchase
Agreement. This happens before the customized
training begins. You make an advance payment,
and we begin working on your project.

The Agreement includes:
· Legal section (guarantees, liability,
confidentiality).
· Exhibit A (Statement of Work).
· Bill of Sale / Transfer of Ownership (to be
signed after completion of training and delivery).
Payment Terms:
· 50% — upon signing the contract, before
training begins.· 50% — after delivery of the dog and completion
of Handler training.

Stage 6: Customized Training

What Happens:

After signing the contract and receiving the
advance payment, the stage of training under
your protocol begins.
The dog trains according to the scenarios
specified in the SOW:
· Perimeter patrolling.
· Protection inside the home.
· Work with children and staff.
· Behavior around guests.
· Accompaniment in public places.What You Receive:
· Regular video reports on the progress of
training.
· The ability to adjust scenarios during the
process.
· Confidence that the dog is being prepared
specifically for you.
Duration: 6–8 months (depending on the dog's
age and protocol complexity).

Stage 7: Internal Pre-Certification

What Happens:

Before delivery, the dog passes an internal exam
based on NAPWDA and NPCA standards.What is tested:
· Execution of all scenarios from the Statement
of Work.
· Obedience and controllability.
· Work under stressful conditions (noise,
shouting, gunfire).
· Absence of false alerts.
· Release on the first command.
What You Receive:
· Video recording of the exam.

Stage 8: Delivery and Transfer of the Dog

What Happens:

The dog is delivered to you. Our trainer stays
with you for two weeks to train the Handler and
all family members.
Handler Training Program (14 days):
Days 1–3: Establishing contact. You get to know
the dog. The trainer shows how the dog works
on your territory.
Days 4–7: Transfer of control. You begin working
with the dog under the trainer's supervision. You
master commands and learn to read the dog's
behavior.Days 8–12: Independent work. You handle the
dog independently. The trainer corrects mistakes
and answers questions.
Days 13–14: Final certification. You and the dog
pass an internal exam as a team. The trainer
confirms: you are ready.

What You Receive:
· A dog fully ready to work in your home.
· Dog handling skills for all family members.
· Handler Manual (printed and PDF).
· Complete documentation package (veterinary
passport, training certificate, pedigree, training
log).
Cost: Included in the price of the dog.

Stage 9: Trial Period (30 Days)

What Happens:

You live with the dog and work with it under real
conditions. If within 30 days you find that the
dog does not fit your protocol:
· We do not refund the money.
· We replace the dog or re-adapt it free of charge.
In all our years of operation, we have never had a
single replacement. But you are protected.

Stage 10: Lifetime Support

What Happens:

After the dog is transferred, we stay with you.What is included in the support:
· 24/7 trainer consultations.
· Annual recertification (recommended).
